PRESENTATION OF COMPANY KEFO

Year 1949
Company KEFO was founded in 1949, as a company for import and export and distribution of laboratory chemicals, laboratory of consumable and equipment. At the beginning it was named Kemoservis. Kemoservis merged in 1954 with Fotomaterial whose primary line of business was import and export of photograph material and equipment. Merged company was named Kemoservis-fotomaterial.

Year 2001
Until 2001 KEFO went through privatization and changes and change the name to KEFO. Since 2001 KEFO is a private company. In 2001 KEFO discontinued distribution and sales of fotomaterial and equipment. Main line of business of company KEFO is now sales and distribution of all the products which laboratories need: laboratory chemicals, standards and reference materials and laboratory consumable goods and equipment.

Year 2004
In the year 2004 KEFO founded Daughter Company in Sisak Croatia. As in Slovenia, in Croatia they have their own offices, warehouse, distribution vehicles and well trained employees for promotion and sales of chemicals and other goods for laboratory.

Year 2005
In the year 2005 KEFO became a partner of the European company LLG – Laboratory Logistics Group. LLG is the second biggest European company for sale of laboratory consumable goods and equipment.
KEFO as a partner of LLG broadened its sales program in laboratory consumable goods and equipment of more than 500 suppliers. In central warehouse in Meckenheim (Germany) is on stock over 10.000 articles which are weekly delivered to customers. With complete program KEFO is fulfilling its motto: KEFO Word of laboratory.

Year 2007
In the year 2007 KEFO founded it's second Daughter Company. It's location is in Belgrade, Serbia. Like in Slovenia and Croatia they have all resources for promotion and sales of chemicals and other goods for laboratory.

Year 2009
At the end of the year 2009 KEFO established it's Daughter Company also in the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sarajevo. Also this company has all resources for independent operation.

Year 2010
KEFO started with the new sales program: Industrial Chemicals and Granulates. All Daughter Companies implemented this sales program. 

Company KEFO has in total 62 employees. Many employees have university degree and college expert education. All employees are continually educated in order to fulfill the customer’s needs.

Company KEFO is selling on the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosova, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
